Photoshop Elements (free only for Windows, pro only for Mac) Photoshop Elements is a program for creating, editing, and sharing Photoshop vector graphics files.

Photoshop CC (free but expensive) Photoshop CC is an open-sourced, royalty-free image editor and 3D graphics tool.
It comes with several plug-ins that let you create 3D models, add objects, and more.12.
Adobe Photoshop Elements 4 (free; $2.99 per month) Adobe Photoshop Element 4 is an Adobe Photoshop plug-in that lets artists create and manage vector graphics using Adobe Photoshop.
Adobe Creative Cloud is also available to download for free.13.
Adobe Illustrator Elements 5 (free), Adobe Illustration Elements 6 (free and $2 per month), and Adobe Illustrations 7 (free plus $2 to $10 per month for premium users) Adobe Illustrators Elements 5 and Elements 6 are plug-and-play solutions for Adobe Illustrating, a suite of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Photoshop Elements software tools.
